Nate Keller

Lead Ambassador

Nate Keller is a culinary professional with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the industry.  A California native, he was raised around the best produce in the country and took to cooking at a young age.  He has worked in boutique fine dining restaurants and was an Executive Chef at Google who helped build the now-famous program in the early 2000s.  He has founded his own company Gastroanut, which changed the landscape for corporate catering in San Francisco.  He was also a founding partner and culinary director of Sprig, an early player in the on-demand meal delivery market. Nate cares deeply about sustainability and food accessibility and has sat on the Chef Board for the Center for Urban Education of Sustainable Agriculture.  He presently lives in Philadelphia with his wife and 3 daughters and is the Director of Corporate Foodservice and Hospitality for Comcast Corporation as well as serving on the advisory board for Galley.

Dan Latham

James Beard Nominated Chef & Consultant

Dan Latham is the celebrated farm to table chef behind L&M  Kitchen. L&M Kitchen was named by Gourmet Magazine as one of the “best farm-to-table restaurants in the South” and Dan was honored with a nomination from the James Beard Foundation as Best Chef South. After five years of success, Dan launched his consulting business The Culinary Guide Shop, focusing on helping clients bring affordable, wholesome and environmentally sound ingredients from food service companies to restaurants to the customer’s plate.
